WHY TRANSFORMATION WELLNESS / ENZYME THERAPY?
I have become interested in wellness and nutrition over the past few years from a personal and a professional standpoint. Finding the truth in this arena can be difficult.

Here are some basics to help understand Transformation:
If the body can be properly nourished it will function at a very high level with a low occurrence of illness.
A ‘proper’, healthy diet does not necessarily mean proper nutrition.
Every person has at least some inability to get what it needs and to eliminate what it doesn’t need from the diet – due to enzymatic insufficiency – so everyone can benefit.
Enzymes are substances which propel chemical reactions. They are vital in every step of the digestive/nutritional/waste elimination process. Wherever they are lacking, certain nutrients can’t reach their destinations in the body cells and potentially toxic by-products accumulate.
